The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, and a large master bedroom suite on the top floor, with views out to sea, and across the island. The living room has wide doors onto the large terrace, and the dining alcove has large widows looking out to sea.
The atmosphere is that of a light, bright, very comfortable, well eqipped family beach house, and it has been let as such for many years, with many returning visitors. A current transferable EOT licence is in place. The garden all around the house and swimming pool is laid to lawn, with flowers and shrubs, and there is a gate opening on to steps leading down to the beach.
On the sea side of the house is also a jacuzzi for 4/5 persons, making the most of the views out to sea and the sunsets for which the west coast is famous.
There is also a 4km sandy beach only five minutes walk along the shore, which is also becoming well known for wind and kite surfing. Also, perfect for early morning walks (or jogs!)
One of Corfu's best restaurants is within just a few minutes walk, and the year round traditional village of Ag. Matheos is only a short drive, with a variety of shops available. Corfu Town and the Airport are approximately a 40 minute drive.
